THE CONCEPT OF RELEVANCE IN PASTORAL MINISTRY
(A CASE STUDY OF BIGA OUTREACH GLOBAL ASSEMBLIES)
Depending on the needs of a church and the size of staff pastors, the mission may have different responsibilities. Here at BIGA Outreach Global Assemblies, there are four fundamental areas of responsibility for our pastors. Congregations are tasked with spreading the love of Christ where they are planted.
